Guardian of Memories by GossamerWing Guardian of Memories by GossamerWing
Guess who went to go see and then fell completely in love with "Rise of the Guardians"~

Words cannot describe my love for this movie. I had no choice but to make fanart for it:love: Also, let's not even pretend that Tooth didn't became my favorite character the second she showed up on screen...because she did. So, here she is as I have tried to depict her. (So...many...feathers:faint:)

Tooth belongs to Dreamworks, but the fanart is (c) *GossamerWing

Just went and saw it a couple days ago. I hadn't realized there was a book series that preceded it and immediately theorized that the Easter Bunny was Jesus in his former life...silly me. ^^; Anyhow, I must agree that the Tooth Fairy's design was extremely gorgeous. :D I like that they didn't go with that redundant flossy pink ballgown and magic wand design that has been done to death. :giggle:

Really? Awesome! I hope you enjoyed it:aww:(Actually, I didn't know there was a preceding book series either until I bought the artbook for the movie so it looks like we're in the same boat on that one^^;:highfive:)
I (obviously:XD:) agree with your thoughts on Tooth's design. I love how they gave her the appearance of a princess whilst only working with her feathers.

Oh, I most certainly did. I hadn't known what it was about prior to seeing it, but I can say I definitely enjoyed what I saw. Yeah, apparently the movie is a sort of "sequel" to the events of the books, or at least its conception was meant to be that way.

Oh the feathers...the lovely lovely feathers. I just couldn't stop staring at how vibrant and shiny they were. :la: I still can't.

Excellent~:w00t: Yes, the artbook said as much about the movie being somewhat of a "sequel"
Ooh, ditto. The way the feathers caught the light and made slight shifts in hue had me floored. God bless whoever had a hand in animating, lighting, etc. them:worship:
