Moment with Magnolia

This is a companion piece to "Eternal Honor" (which in itself was a companion to "Savior of Us All" Lol) in which I take advantage of the opportunity to show Mulan's whole gown In my mind she's stopped on the bridge of her family's house before setting out to the Emperor's birthday celebration and took a small moment to be alone with the magnolia blossoms...Yeah , I'm too in love with this film/character for my own good but, oh well. C'est la vie.

Now, I tried to make it look like her home's grounds/back yard, but I couldn't find any clear reference images on google to save my life, and at the time I drew this I didn't own the DVD, so I took a shot and missed by a bit. The bridge isn't quite the right shade, and the mountain her family's temple sits on isn't really made of grassless rock, but...grassed rock... grr...small reference image screwed me up.

I don't own Mulan (movie or character) or her house, Disney does. Rats. I do, however, own my (slightly inaccurate) artwork, so don't steal it! Or Mushu will turn you into Mongolian BBQ!
